TeamViewer issued a statement on June 1 in response to reports of a service outage. Our Technical Support team is continuing to monitor this issue, but please be advised that customers who downloaded TeamViewer through our co-branded installer should not be affected.
If you are TeamViewer user who installed this program from a third-party installer, TeamViewer recommends that you uninstall the program from your computer. When you reinstall the program, you should you do so through our co-branded installer. Once reinstalled, update the password used to access your system remotely.
